In the remake of The Time Machine, when the time traveler first ventures into the future and makes his first stop, his time machine reads "2030 May 24" ... and he stops because of a billboard he sees that says "The Future Is Now." He stops and hears a recorded announcement saying "...contact lunarleisureliving.com"
When the film came out,tthis is an actual Web site ... German ... that touted a video duel game called Spacetanks. (As of July 2004, however, this web site seems defunct.)
The Eloi Future World
Here it is ... In the remake of The Time Machine, the never-seen alternate ending has the Time Traveler dashing into the distant future to view a Utopian world dominated by the peaceful, benevolent Eloi culture. This is the deleted scene showing the Eloi world:
