Explanation:  This week we are back down in the bayou of coastal Louisiana, USA.  We've been here before, enjoying 'gators, spiderworts, lubbers, and much more.

But here peers a well-known and sought-after denizen of these deep southern swamps:  an American bullfrog.

In Louisiana, they are indeed sought after, for food and for sport.  Louisiana has specific regulations for bullfrog management.

Here, the full body of this amphibian is now in view.
Be quick!  They may be big but they are wary.
Catch as catch can!
