Predator in the Dark

Mystery animal with glowing eyes ... view to identify!

Explanation:   The sun sets over Lake Baringo, here in the ancient Rift Valley of eastern Africa.  Night insects, occasional splashing and grunting of hippos out in the water.  

I step outside the tent, sometimes a risky act in itself, as there are predators here of many kinds.  

I shine my flashlight out into the dark waters ... and there I spot it ... a predator in the dark ...
